Our current situation isn’t ideal. COVID-19 is still raging across our communities, but that doesn’t mean we have to let it absorb our lives. We can still be socially conscious while living our lives the best we can. And that’s exactly what we’re trying to do at Johnson City Toyota!

Effective immediately, our dealership has implemented the following steps to ensure a healthy environment for all guests:
To help with peace of mind all around, our cleaning crew has been instructed to more frequently clean all high-touch surfaces throughout the dealership, including tables, lobbies, door handles, restrooms, van shuttle seats, phones, and more.
By now, you’ve heard that you should be washing your hands after handling items that have the potential to be passed between many people. And while that is still the recommendation, we’ve made it a bit easier to disinfect your hands after handling things like keys, pens, clipboards, touching cars, doors, etc. We’ve placed hand sanitizer stations throughout the showroom floor and office areas and highly recommended you make use of them whenever possible.
Of course, the best way to keep the spread of COVID-19 as low as possible is staying home if you’re sick. We ask that if you are feeling ill, please remain at home. Our staff have also been mandated to stay home if they are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms.
The steps we are taking moving forward have been inspired by the advice being provided to the public from trusted organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Center for Disease Control (CDC).
Our priority at Johnson City Toyota is to constantly provide a safe and healthy environment to enjoy the car shopping experience in. This is why these practices will remain in place until further notice.
Even though we are doing what we can to make coming into the dealership as safe as possible, we understand that you may want to just stay home to be safe. That’s something we actually applaud as you are doing your part to bring an end to the COVID-19 pandemic. So as a thanks, we are bringing some awesome features into the fold that will make shopping from home that much better!
Our first feature is our new car delivery system! This essentially allows you to just hangout on your couch and do everything you could at the dealership. Check out all of our cars we have in our inventory, apply for financing, leasing, or whatever else you want, and complete any and all paperwork. When the buying process is done, one of our team members will bring your brand new Toyota right to you! You can limit your exposure and still get that Toyota you’ve been waiting for!
This feature, along with our others, is available to you at absolutely no extra cost!
Next up we have our service pick-up program! You’ve been social distancing, wearing your mask, and everything, but now your car needs some work and you’re worried about having to come into our service center. Well, don’t be! Schedule your service visit online and opt for the service pick-up. One of our team members will be by to pick up your car and bring it to our service center for you! We’ll even leave you a loaner if you need one for your daily errands. Once the service is completed, we’ll bring your car back to you, washed and disinfected!

Clicking through pictures of a car online is all well and good, but it’s hard to judge the quality of the car or even how it drives from behind a computer, especially for a used car. Our team came up with a brilliant idea which we’ve implemented at Johnson City Toyota! Letting you test drive the car at your own home!
When you’re looking through our inventory and you find a car you really like, you can now schedule an at-home test drive. Our team members will bring the car right to you and give you a bit to drive the car around your neighborhood, on your commute to work, or wherever you please. This works for any car you find in our new car or used car inventory and is open to anyone within 20 miles of our Bristol Hwy location. This includes our Tri-Cities communities in both Kingsport and Bristol, along with the surrounding areas!
When you’re satisfied with the test drive, you can either keep it if you like it, or let us take it back if you aren't a fan. If you didn’t like the car you initially chose, but there’s another that has piqued your interest, just schedule another at-home test drive and we’ll do the same process! There’s no limit to how many at-home test drives you can do, so test drive until you’ve found the car for you!
